Osteopath D.O.
Av. H. Conscience 153, B-1140 Evere - 0496/31.48.71
Being a physiotherapist since 2010, I quickly became interested in the “global” approach to the functioning of the human body, which takes into account the interactions between all parts of the human body. By learning about the biomechanics of muscle chains according to G. Denys Struyf (la Méthode GDS), I was able to incorporate this way of working into my daily practice.
In 2022, I obtained the certification of “Diplômée en Ostéopathie” from the IAO at the end of a course spread over 5 years (+/- 720h), concluded by the defense of a thesis and acceptance by a jury. This certification is recognized by the Belgian mutual insurance system.
In my practice, I combine my osteopathic diagnostic and therapeutic tools with those of my kinesitherapist chainist background. I like to take a holistic approach to patient care, in complete safety, linking observation, assessment tests and the corresponding treatment techniques. I put my skills at your disposal to help you with your health.

When should you consult an osteopath?
Consult with an injury?
Contact me to find out if osteopathy is right for you. If you have any health concerns that have required medical imaging (X-ray, MRI, ultrasound, etc.), please take the results of your examinations with you on the day of the consultation.
If I'm pregnant. Is ostopathy possible?
Yes, if you suffer from pain or discomfort. Do not forget to mention it when you make your appointment. A gentle approach, specific to the changes linked to pregnancy, will be used. It may be interesting to make an appointment around the 23th week of pregnancy to accompany the body transformations. Likewise, osteopathy can be advised past the 3rd week after delivery to aid the natural recovery process.
Osteopathy for newborn babies?
Just a little more patience, I'm waiting until I've had a bit more training before treating the babies.
If you have any doubts about the suitability of osteopathy for your condition, please do not hesitate to contact me at 0496/314871
How do I make an appointment?
By telephone or text message to 0496/314871What to bring?
Comfortable underwear, as it's common for the osteopath to ask you to make the areas to be treated visible and accessible. Of course, you'll keep your underwear with you at all times. You can also bring a sheet for the examination table (not mandatory).
Medical prescription?
You don't need a doctor's prescription for osteopathy treatment. Of course, for certain problems, a visit to the doctor may be advisable (after a trauma, fall, accident, sudden unexplained pain, digestive problems with blood loss, symptoms of generalized pain, sudden loss of sensation or strength, etc.).
What's the price?
My consultation costs €60. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer.
Social insurence intervention?
Ask your health insurance company for details, as some offer a contribution towards the cost of sessions (~€10/session). I am recognized by the Belgian mutual insurance system and can issue you with a treatment certificate. If you work for the European Commission, find out more about the terms and conditions.
